Russell and Bryan competed in their first half marathon last Sunday. Hank, Papa, Grammy and I went down to Virginia Beach to cheer them on. We are so proud of them. I took lots of pictures and also included the professional photos taken at the event. After the race the boys took off their shoes and took a dip in the ocean. I think they enjoyed running and that more races are in Russell (and Bryan's) future! Who knows, I may even run (though probably not a half marathon)...I'm feeling sort of inspired.

Tell Russ congrats. Those rock and roll marathons are a lot of fun and I definitely think you could do a half.
